Self-fluxing alloy powder: an alloy containing B and/or Si elements, with a low melting point, about 950~1150°C, and with deoxidation, slagging, degassing, and good wetting properties. The self-fluxing alloy powder has great cladding process performance, and the surface of the cladding layer is well-formed. Self-fluxing alloy powders are mainly divided into nickel-based, cobalt-based, and iron-based self-fluxing alloy powders.
