Senfeng cladding adopts the self-developed laser source, electronically controlled water cooler, motion trajectory control unit, feeding unit, etc., and is committed to realizing laser metal cladding more efficiently.
Powder
Senfeng conducts suitable selections of alloy powder materials according to the working conditions of the workpiece and the characteristics of the substrate.

Laser Cladding Process
Laser cladding technology can add a lot of performance to the workpieces, and can fuse many materials according to the performance requirements, such as alloys of various components, metal composite materials, etc., so that the workpiece material has the structure and properties that are not available in conventional processing.
Corrosion and wear resistance
The coating of strengthened parts is formed by laser metal cladding with laser powder to make it resistant to salt water, chemical substances or weather.
Metal additive
Laser metal cladding with auxiliary materials can form new structures or modify existing components’ shape and surface structure. Even large-format parts that do not fit within the forming area of the 3D printer can be completely produced in this way.

Want to achieve more added value? Laser metal cladding can quickly and easily repair expensive parts or molds. Large and small damages can be repaired quickly and almost without marks. You can also change the design to save time, energy, and materials. Especially for expensive metals, such as nickel or titanium, it is quite worthwhile.
